These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recetta operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any information to us.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Recetta regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
